Thank you for your interest in showcasing your art at the 15th Annual River City Roots Festival. Each year, more than 30 artists from around the Rocky Mountain West participate in an art show featuring painting, photography, pottery, sculpture, jewelry, textile arts and woodwork -- all front and center on Main Street both days of the festival.  The Roots Fest Art Show is looking to feature not only traditional, "fine" art - such as paintings, pottery, and photography - but also feature more "alternative" means of art that is seen at the wildly popular Missoula MADE Fairs.  While Missoula's "Roots" have a base in fine art, we are seeing more and more that alternative forms of art are also just as important to Missoula's spirit.  As such, we hope to have a mix of "traditional" and "non-traditional" artists showcased at this year's River City Roots Festival.

The festival will be held on Friday and Saturday, August 27-28, 2021.    The art show hours are 11am-7pm both days and daily set-up time is 8am. The booth fee for a single booth (10x10 space) is $175 for both days, while $200 for a double booth (10x20 space).  If required, access to power is an additional $50 per outlet.  As a festival focused on sustainability, we ask you to refrain from using electricity if possible.  Artists must commit to being present both days. All applications must be submitted by Friday, June 18, 2021.   Please note that submission does not guarantee selection as space is limited. Payment is not expected until selection. River City Roots Festival does not take a percentage of your sales.
